SIXTEEN is the remastered 16-track album from Portland emcee and community activist Randal Wyatt, an artist who has made Hip Hop a foundation of his life and a vehicle for connection, reflection, and community outreach.

This album was originally released on his twin sons’ 16th birthday back in April of 2021, but had to be removed shortly after due to unforeseen issues with the DTC platform.  

Rooted in the raw spirit of Boom Bap but never confined by its boundaries, Wyatt blends sharp lyricism, lived experience, social consciousness, and an open-ended approach to sound. SIXTEEN captures an emcee committed to practicing what he preaches—using rhyme as both creative expression and a tool for building community.

As half of 5th & Wyatt and a former member of Speaker Minds, Randal brings decades of Hip Hop knowledge, collaboration, and purpose to a record that honors the culture while continuing to push beyond the expected.
